The FUHUB , developed by Driven , presents itself as a groundbreaking new building with an impressive area of up to 6,600 m² for laboratory and office use. Located on WISTA’s renowned FUBIC campus, this location strives to become a significant research and technology center in close proximity to the FU Berlin and numerous non-university research institutions.
What particularly sets the FUHUB apart is its high sustainability standards. As the first laboratory building in Germany to be built using hybrid wood construction and with the goal of DGNB Platinum certification, this project sets new standards for ecological construction. The planned completion is scheduled for the end of 2024, we now have the unique opportunity to explore the project during a construction site inspection.
