On Friday 24 June, ULI Belgium & Luxembourg Young Leaders are very pleased to welcome ULI France Young Leaders for a visit of Brussels around the theme ‘Rehabilitation & Heritage – housing, offices and mixed-use developments’.

– 10:30: Visit of The Cosmopolitan (transformation of an office tower into housing) with BESIX RED

– 11:45 : Visit of the Multi project, first carbon-neutral office building in Brussels, with IMMOBEL and WHITEWOOD

– 14:30 : Visit of the Gare Maritime, a former freight station renovated into an urban hub with retail, offices and spaces for events at the Tour & Taxis-site, with NEXTENSA.
