We will start the meeting with our Keynote speaker Simon Durkin – Global Head of Real Estate Research and Strategy for Equity Private Markets, BlackRock who will present on the evolving economic environment, the “cyclical”, and the “structural”, and will share BlackRock’s convictions on these three themes within the 3 regions US, APAC and EMEA.

Then we will zoom in on Europe and our French market, in the company of investors of different profiles and bankers who will respond to Simon Durkin’s remarks, share their perceptions of the market and positioning in the cycle, and illustrate with their strategies.
