Part 1 and 2

Part I: This year, during the ULI France 2024 Conference, we will be asking ourselves questions about Cities facing the challenge of demography, with a first part starting at 9 a.m. on demographic trends around the world and a focus on France, and the impact within our built environment with the perspective of experts from all walks of life (professions, countries and sectors).

Part II: In the 2nd part of the conference starting at 11am, we will focus on housing, and whether our cities will be able to house us tomorrow, or how to reconcile Demography and Housing, in France, and with case studies in Europe. What are the recipes for making housing more affordable, and “tasty” for investors?
