ULI Europe Young Leaders: Opportunity to Learn – What are Different Skills We Could be Acquiring During a Lockdown?
Whilst less affected directly by the virus itself, the younger generation is highly impacted by the short-term impacts of the lockdown and the long-term impacts of the economic crisis. Millennials and Gen Z which form the ULI Young Leader group will have to adapt their skillset to reflect the demand of a changing world if they want to see their career continue to evolve. However, innovations emerge during times of crisis when societies are forced to re-invent the way things work. And younger generations are best positioned to take advantage and drive this spirit of innovation.
With these challenges and opportunities in mind, ULI Young Leaders across Europe have curated a series of events designated to bring experts and also bring peers across Europe together to navigate a complex time in their careers. The format of the events will include a presentation and a more interactive smaller group discussion where young leaders from across Europe can share their experience. Participants can sign up for the entire series if they wish.
