Looking Beyond Covid 19 – TOD in 2022: What will be different and what won’t?

It’s the question on the mind of many CRE professionals: once we have a vaccine and are ready to move ahead, how will our recent experience inform new transit oriented development? The Dallas-Fort Worth TOD Council has assembled experts in transit systems, development, planning, design and leasing to begin addressing how TOD and Mixed Use developments may change for the long term. The panelists will be asked to address what they believe is needed to make certain the benefits of TOD projects do not get overwhelmed by Covid 19 after effects.
