The Urban Land Institute has a strong national reputation for its awards in support of transformative land use developments, best real estate practices, and creative visioning. On May 9th, 2024, ULI Dallas-Fort Worth will hold its 7th Annual Impact Awards Gala to spotlight visionary developers and outstanding developments in our region. Awards are presented to 5 projects/developments that exemplify our 5 distinct categories: Innovation, Influence, Public Place, Social Impact and Next Big Idea.

The highlight of each Impact Awards event is the presentation of our prestigious Vision Award to a person or persons who has made a true Impact upon our Dallas-Fort Worth industry and region, and meets a set of rigorous standards.
