Join ULI Chicago Young Leaders for the kick-off their semi-annual Small Group Discussion Series. This first in a series of three programs will include an in-depth overview and panel discussion of One Chicago, a massive multi-faceted mix-use project currently under construction at 1 West Chicago Avenue.

Joined by Jim and Joey Letchinger, Heather Elkins, and Doug Metzger of JDL Development, the panel will explore the interworking of this city block-sized development, and will include site selection, design, construction, technology, amenities and COVID-related project impacts.
