Guild Row – Repurposed for a Purpose

Join ULI Chicago Young Leaders as they head to Avondale for a tour and conversation with Mike Healy, Founder of Guild Row. Guild Row will discuss why he chose Avondale for this new social club/co-working space that he’s created for makers; the process behind the design and rehab of a former dental warehouse; and how this club differs from traditional co-working spaces. Guild Row first opened in the August 2020 and currently has 600+ creatives as members.

Following the tour, the group will head down the street to Metropolitan Brewing for drinks and snacks.
