The Residences on Appleton with WinnDevelopment

The renovation of Appleton Mill will revive one of Holyoke’s most prominent historic properties, reinventing the long-blighted complex as a state of the art mixed-income senior community. The 88-unit project will ensure that the historic mill serves as a cornerstone of housing security in the heart of Holyoke for decades to come. In addition to new apartments, the project will also provide a new community building linked to the rehabilitated mill via a connector bridge. Resident amenity spaces will include on-site management offices, laundry facilities, a fitness room, a resident lounge, and an outside recreation area along the canal.
