Downtown Boston is at a turning point – perhaps one of the most significant in its storied history. While the recent pandemic accelerated some secular trends, it also created new ones. As the need for office space is changing and the supply of and demand for urban housing becomes increasingly unbalanced, a generational opportunity sits in front of us. Join us as we explore the current state of our Downtown, the feasibility and viability of potential conversions, what state and local government is doing to enable this transformation and what long-term changes we can encourage to positively impact our public realm.
