According to Gensler’s U.S. Work From Home Survey, only 12% of people surveyed want to work at home full time. While older employees report productivity throughout the workday, younger workers feel they’re not as focused and unable to get as much work done as they would in the office, citing an inability to establish a solid work-life balance.

70% of responders want to work in the office for the majority of their week — but not before major changes take place to ensure the health, safety and happiness of their teams.

From changing density levels, to ensuring additional physical distancing, to increasing cleaning protocols, much has to be done to help the average employee feel happy in the workplace.
