Sunrise Stretch and Sweat

Rise and shine!

Start your conference experience strong by joining us on the beach for a 60-minute workout session designed to energize your body and clear your mind.

The first half of the class will focus on gentle stretching and light warm-ups to awaken your muscles and prepare you for the day ahead.

The second half will bring the heat with high-intensity calisthenics—think push-ups, lunges, crunches, drills, and sprints. Essentially an interval training, this will alternate between bursts of intense activity and recovery periods.

You can choose to join us for the sunrise stretch, the sweat session, or both!
