CRE’S NEW NORMAL & WHAT RECOVERY LOOKS LIKE

As King County applies to enter a modified version of Washington’s Phase 1 recovery, commercial real estate experts are preparing to live and work amidst their fellow Seattlites in this ‘new normal.’

Within this modified Phase 1 much of the county would reopen (at limited capacity), including restaurants and bars, office buildings, retail centers and additional construction would be allowed to commence. Though this next step is exciting it is also unnerving for many as questions still remain.
