NAIOP Northern Virginia is pleased to provide a forum for the introduction of the Northern Virginia Economic Development Alliance (NOVA EDA). Ten Northern Virginia jurisdictions have announced the formation of the Northern Virginia Economic Development Alliance. The purpose of this new organization is to market the region as a whole and to attract investment to the area. National and international interests are even more focused on Northern Virginia since the region landed two of the largest economic development deals in decades – the 1100 jobs and $3 billion Micron plant and the 25,000 jobs and $2.5 billion Amazon HQ2.

Members of the newly formed Alliance will discuss the plan and components of marketing Northern Virginia, their work on economic recovery and workforce attraction, retention and retraining issues.
