This summit will address local government leadership in green building and sustainability in the New York City Metropolitan Area. We’ll discuss the region’s successes, challenges and opportunities and work together to advance solutions and actionable next steps. You’ll learn about USGBC’s program offerings for local governments, including LEED, LEED for Cities, and a suite of education, policy, and planning tools.

We encourage local government staff to attend including city and county planners, sustainability and resilience teams, building and facility managers, city/county managers, board and commission members, and elected officials as well as federal, state and regional governments; NGOs; consultants and other companies that engage with local governments in the region.
