That being said, many employees still aren’t going into the office, tourism and lodging have yet to bounce back, and many restaurants and retailers have yet to recover. When do we expect to see these asset classes recover and what needs to be done now to get us there?
• How can we maintain the Denver appeal while embracing change and new development?
• With increased demand across the nation, and more than 720 bioscience companies already located in Colorado, how can Denver compete with more established life sciences hubs?
