Important Registration and Accommodation Information for 2019!
All attendees are required to register for this conference before booking a hotel room in the ICSC room block. This process is intended to ensure that confirmed conference attendees receive first access to the room block, ahead of others whose plans to attend are still pending. Please note the following registration process:
- To book your hotel, you will need to first register for the conference. You will receive a conference registration confirmation email, followed by an additional, separate email containing a custom link to book your hotel room through OnPeak. This link will be valid to book one room only under the name of the confirmed conference registrant. Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of registering for the conference.
- If you choose to book your hotel at a later date, please refer to your book housing email to access the housing link.
- Hotel cancellation policy: Rooms must be canceled five (5) nights prior to the conference. Anytime after that, a penalty will be incurred. Please consult your hotel booking confirmation for more information.
Please note: The Arizona Biltmore is now sold out, but they are operating a waitlist. They have availability at the secondary hotel, the AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Biltmore.
