Investment, Leasing & Development Opportunities Presented by the Resurgence of Both Retail & Hotel Assets in Metro Atlanta

On a national level, outside of maybe the commercial sector, no asset types were hit as hard during the Pandemic as hotels and retail. In the years since, both have made impressive recoveries, with retail vacancy seeing a nearly 10% drop since 2020 and an increase in hotel development, particularly in the urban core of the metro in advance of major national and global events set to take place in the city.
