Following approval of the Family Zoning Plan, Fisherman’s Wharf stands at a pivotal moment in San Francisco’s evolution with several factors converging to position it for reinvention through housing, mixed-use development, and improved transit connectivity.

This spirited competition is a cornerstone event for the Bay Area real estate community—uniting professionals, alumni, and future leaders for an afternoon of networking, inspiration, and friendly rivalry. Enjoy a full lunch while hearing presentations from both teams, followed by the announcement of this year’s winning team, selected by our esteemed panel of judges.
