Innovation and Resilience: Collaborating on the Road to Success in the GBA
Amidst a complex global economic landscape, the Greater Bay Area (GBA), comprising nine dynamic cities in Guangdong, as well as Hong Kong and Macau, emerges as a beacon of potential for sustainable development through collaborative efforts. Anchored by hubs like Shenzhen and Guangzhou, Guangdong province showcases robust industrial and innovative capabilities spanning sectors such as e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and the low-altitude economy. Hong Kong, a global financial hub, offers unparalleled financial services and top-tier infrastructure. Together, they form a symbiotic relationship, harnessing Hong Kong’s global connectivity to attract international investment and facilitate Chinese companies’ global expansion, thereby fostering sustainable growth throughout the GBA.
The 2024 ULI GBA Annual Conference will illuminate the synergy between Guangdong’s innovation and industry and Hong Kong’s global connectivity, charting a triumphant path forward for the GBA.
