Singapore’s real estate market has proven its resilience during times of turbulence and uncertainty, with an estimated growth of 7% for 2021. Singapore remains one of the region’s most appealing cities for investments and the top city in terms of development prospects.
The focus for ULI Singapore is to continue to exchange and synthesise the collective knowledge and new learnings amongst developers, investors, urban planners and public policy makers so that we can keep shaping the future of our built environment for the current and future generations of Singaporeans. The 2022 ULI Singapore Annual Conference will discuss strategic long-term plans for Singapore’s land use, the continued relevance of Singapore as a vibrant place for work-live-play-rejuvenate by both Singaporeans and visitors, and how our real estate can be rewired to support a sustainable future for generations to come.
The Conference is planned to be primarily physical with digital access for delegates who are unable to attend in person. Join us and reconvene with ULI members and friends to challenge preconceived notions and shift mindsets towards new possibilities.
