The last year has seen our urban experience transformed, disrupted, and thrown awry. Our expectations have been reset, our boundaries redefined, and our perspectives more personal and more communal.

This has led pundits to predict the death of the CBD, with centralised workplaces no longer the hub of the economy, tourists no longer supporting night time economies, and shopping now shifting online. But in the shadow of these paradigm shifts – new opportunities arise.

This year’s ULI Australia Annual Summit will focus on our Urban Future and consider the opinions, predictions and outcomes that will determine how future investment may shape the urban fabric of cities and towns, centrally, regionally and locally – 5 to 10 years into the future.
