The Water Conservation Showcase is a free event and is organized through the combined efforts of the U.S. Green Building Council Northern California, East Bay Municipal Utility District, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, the Committee on the Environment from the local American Institute of Architects chapter, the City of San Jose’s Water Resources Division and the PG&E Pacific Energy Center.

Since 2004, the Water Conservation Showcase has brought together experts, innovative products and services, and the sustainable development community to address one of the largest concerns of Californians: water. The U.S. Green Building Council – Northern California Community (USGBC-NCC) partners with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), San Francisco Public Utilities (SFPUC), San Jose Water and American Institute of Architects (AIASF) to bring together local and national experts to address water conservation topics including policies, rebates, business case studies, treatment innovations, storm-water management, low impact development, water supply history and future, and water reuse solutions.
