For nearly two decades, knowledge workplaces have become increasingly flexible, yet most full-blown remote work programs up until now have failed. In this presentation, Gensler will share findings from a recent survey conducted with 2,300+ U.S. workers across 10 different industries to understand how we can rethink the physical workplace in a post-pandemic world.

As companies grapple with office re-entry plans, and some have publicly committed to supporting remote work indefinitely, the new office paradigm will need to be focused on collaboration, socialization, connection, and community building.
