The third session of the ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence Regional Webinar Spotlight Series brings together award-winning project teams to explore how sustainability, treated as a core planning input rather than an afterthought, translates into measurable asset value. Drawing on Geneo (Singapore), HKRI Taikoo Hui (Shanghai), and Hong Shou Fang (Shanghai), the discussion will examine four distinct entry points for sustainability across the development lifecycle — from embodied-carbon decisions made at the design stage, through public decarbonization targets at delivery, to ongoing reinvestment in a mature asset, and heritage-led adaptive reuse of a declining commercial district.
