2147 Washington Street is a completed 99,000-square-foot, six-story mixed-use development that has become a catalyst for inclusive revitalization in Nubian Square. Developed on a former City of Boston–owned parking lot, the project was delivered through close collaboration with the City and the Roxbury community to support economic growth without displacement. The building establishes a vibrant live/work/play environment that activates the neighborhood throughout the day and evening, reinforcing Nubian Square’s role as the cultural and economic heart of Roxbury.
