ULI New York’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is proud to host ULI New York’s second annual Equitable Development Summit.
This year’s Summit will examine the urgent complexities surrounding housing affordability in New York City, focusing on how various programs, partnerships, policy and financial tools shape the development that determines which members of our communities have access to housing and where.
The event will bring together diverse leaders from the land use and real estate industry – including policy makers, city agencies, and community leaders. Our panelists will discuss experiences and perspectives on the realities of housing outcomes, analyze successful partnerships leading to the creation of attainable housing, and demonstrate effective approaches to housing that can create a more equitable, inclusive, and livable city for all New Yorkers.
