Join ULI New York’s Young Leaders Group for an exclusive tour of Bronx Point, a transformative public-private development on the Harlem River waterfront in the South Bronx. The mixed-use project includes 542 permanently affordable homes, nearly 3 acres of public waterfront parkland, and new retail and community facility spaces. Our visit will feature a tour of the public space and housing which opened in 2023, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at The Hip Hop Museum, now under construction.
