Hendrik David, CEO of Allianz Suisse Immobilien AG, invites the ULI Switzerland Young Leaders to a breakfast where he will answer questions about his professional career and his personal experiences in the real estate industry.

Since February 2021, Hendrik David has led a team of around 65 real estate specialists at Allianz and is responsible for managing a real estate portfolio of around 5.5 billion francs in Switzerland. After completing an apprenticeship as a carpenter in Germany and studying architecture at ETH Zurich, he began his career in real estate consulting. He later switched to the investor side and took on various senior positions for institutional investors.

With a premium volume of around 3.8 billion Swiss francs, Allianz AG is one of the leading financial service providers in Switzerland and offers insurance and pension solutions for over one million private individuals and 100,000 companies.
