ULI Switzerland – Users, returns and risks: The connections

ULI Switzerland offers its members and a wider professional audience the opportunity to meet Stefan Fahrländer and Stephan Kloess, who recently published a remarkable book “Fundamentals and Applied Real Estate Economics”, based on their academic knowledge and in-depth experience in European and Swiss markets.

The authors’ central concern is to give the reader an understanding of the general conditions, mechanisms and functioning of the real estate markets and to make the connections understandable. Using practical examples and observations, well-founded fundamental connections are clarified, because knowledge and action should ideally form a unity.

Our experts will give a brief introduction with the aim of sharing opinions with the community on real-world challenges that professionals may face when applying a systematic approach in their daily business practice.
