Join ULI Philadelphia for the first Member Breakfast event of 2024 – a recap of the interesting and impactful Technical Assistance Panels and Advisory Services Programs ULI members conducted in 2023.

The Technical Assistance Panel program- better known as “TAP”, is ULI’s signature program that harness the multidisciplinary expertise of ULI’s members who volunteer their time to help communities in our region solve challenging land use and development-related issues. For more than 70 years, ULI members have delivered change in our cities through ULI’s Advisory Services Program (ASP). During a concentrated one-week effort, a national panel of experts address challenging real estate and land use issues and provide solutions.
