Earlier this year, the City of St Helena engaged ULI San Francisco for expert guidance as they chart a path towards downtown revitalization, with specific interest in how the City can discover its distinctive brand identity and focus on placemaking to achieve this revitalization. As with all Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs), ULI SF drew from its seasoned membership base to provide this guidance and organized a panel of experts across the real estate and land use industry.
