The JEA Headquarters project represents a great achievement in sustainability and resiliency for Duval County. Located in Jacksonville’s Urban Core, the JEA Headquarters is a seven-story, Class A office building with an 8-story parking garage that features 30 electric charging stations. The building contains a mix of enclosed offices and open office areas, visitor lobby, customer center, future coffee shop area, and collaborative spaces, and substantial emergency power capabilities. The existing JEA district cooling water plant distributes chilled water to the building.
