The ULI UK Midlands group are pleased to invite you to join us for a walking tour of Digbeth.

Digbeth is a major regeneration area in Birmingham city centre soon to be home to the new HS2 Curzon Street station. The tour will be guided by landowner/ developer and Birmingham City Council representatives from some of the key schemes proposed for the area including the BBC development at the former Typhoo factory, Oval Real Estate’s masterplan and the Masterchef studios at Homes England’s site on Fazeley Street.

The tour will take place on Thursday 2nd June from 3.00pm. We will meet at Kilder,(5 Shaw’s Passage, Birmingham, B5 5JG) and there are arranged refreshment stops along the way. At the final stop there will be more opportunity for networking & drinks.
