Trends and behaviors emerge in response to an event or as part of a cyclical rhythm. Some can be short-lived while others stick and become part of our structural daily lives. What determines if a trend is cyclical or secular? In Chicago, over two days we will explore recent workplace and housing dynamics and try to decipher what parts are simply trendy and what shifts become the New Normal.

Our Day One opening General Session will feature Mary Ludgin, Senior Managing Director from Heitman, directly tackling these questions. We’ll begin Day Two with an economic overview featuring Capital Economics Deputy Chief Property Economist, Kiran Raichura and close the conference with the Counselors of Real Estate Top Ten Issues in Real Estate. Along the way we will also explore the S in ESG with an exploration of the value-add in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies. We hope you join us!
