
The dramatic impacts of a post-pandemic environment are reshaping downtown business districts across the country. With many workers reluctant to make the long commute back into city centers, urban office tenants are fleeing to the highest quality and most unique offerings available to entice their workforces back in person.
The hollowing out of downtowns has also created a strong impetus to establish a mix of land uses in districts that have traditionally skewed heavily toward office.
