Join ULI Chicago Young Leaders for our second installment of the YL Small Group Discussion Series for an in-depth overview and discussion about The Terminal, a 250,000 square-foot High Science and Innovative Campus in Chicago’s Humboldt Park Neighborhood.

We will be joined by Gary Pachucki, Founder and Principal, IBT Group, LLC, to explore the interworking and motivation behind this one-of-a-kind development. The Terminal campus will comprise three concourses spread over 6.5 acres, including 2.5 acres of engaging outdoor space. Other amenities include a centrally located outdoor plaza, 50’ tall smokestack retained as a climbing wall, private and communal roof decks, and more.
