Join ULI Philadelphia for the first Member Breakfast event of 2023 – a recap of the interesting and impactful Technical Assistance Panels ULI members conducted in 2022.

The Technical Assistance Panel program- better known as “TAP”, is ULI’s signature program that harness the multidisciplinary expertise of ULI’s members who volunteer their time to help communities in our region solve challenging land use and development-related issues in a fun and fast-paced charrette-style event. Hear from the co-chairs and panelists of each of the three TAPs held in 2022 – North Broad Renaissance, LaSalle University, and Eastwick United CDC about the challenges each community was trying to solve, and what it’s like to serve on a panel. TAPs are a great way for members to connect to ULI’s mission and provide significant value to communities – you may leave this event inspired to serve on the next TAP!

Light breakfast will be provided. This program is members-only and intended to be a dialogue between presenters and attendees. There will be time at the beginning and end of the program for networking. Venue will be announced shortly, in Center City Philadelphia.
