ULI Denmark and its Executive Committee are pleased to invite its members to a review and panel discussion on the recently launched the European Coliving Best Practice Guide, followed by a visit to the recently opened Kaktus Towers.

The ULI and JLL European Coliving Best Practice Guide has been formulated to provide greater insight into the rapidly evolving Coliving sector across Europe – and to provide an expert view on market-leading examples of best practices in the sector.

ULI Europe CEO Lisette van Doorn and Nick Whitten, Head of EMEA and UK Living and Residential Research from JLL, will be in Copenhagen to present the report findings.

Afterward, European experts from Operations, Technology, Design, and Finance will discuss Coliving in Practice.

Tying the afternoon’s topics together, Jesper Bo Hansen, Managing Director of Catella Corporate Finance, will give an introduction of the Kaktus Towers concept and invite on a site visit, where we will conclude with drinks and networking.
