Stéphane Maye has been a member of the management and partner of pom+Consulting since 2009. He is currently responsible for the Romandie office of pom+. Since his arrival at pom+, he has specialized in the real estate life cycle in order to guarantee the user perfect operating conditions. He sees himself as a conductor sparing every note, even the most discreet, while giving rhythm and rigor to the realization of the work as a whole.

pom+ is a Swiss consulting company, providing services in the field of construction, construction site management, real estate and asset portfolios, in connection with real estate, infrastructure, companies or organizations. pom+’s core competences cover performance measurement, strategy development, resource optimization and the use of technological means, taking into account the life cycle of real estate and infrastructure.
