ULI Melbourne

Dr Seek Ngee Huat will be visiting the University of Melbourne on to deliver a lecture on “The Global Real Estate Industry in Transition” as part of the Dean’s Lecture Series at the School of Design. As a previous Chair of Asia Pacific for ULI, Dr Seek has very kindly offered to join us for an informal breakfast roundtable discussion.

Discussing his own experience in the industry and how it has changed over time, Dr Seek Ngee Huat will lead a discussion about where global capital markets are moving, and the implications for Australia – where it has traditionally been seen as a relatively “safe haven” for capital inflow.
