Join us for a reception with Michael Morris, Director of Transportation for the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG)! During this event, Morris will share his priorities and engage in an audience question-and-answer session.

Morris has served NCTCOG since 1979, primarily in its Metropolitan Planning Organization, which develops transportation plans, programs, and projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Morris received his master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1979 and is a registered Professional Engineer here in Texas.
