The Rise of Niche

Thinking about Niche real estate investment can just about make your head explode. We have no common definition or even common pronunciation! (Is it Neesh or Nitch???? Let’s just leave that question alone.)

Merriam-Webster’s dictionary doesn’t really help. There, Niche is a recess in a wall as well as a supportive habitat for an organism. It’s also an activity for which a person or thing is best fitted and a specialized market. So an investment manager can find their niche in niche!
