All aboard the USS Potomac for the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Industrial & Multifamily Boat Tour on Thursday, September 22, 2022! Our tour will begin in Oakland’s Jack London Square and will pass through the Port of Oakland, around Alcatraz and Treasure Island, and back again, as we take a Bay view of and hear about the most storied industrial and multi-family real estate properties popping up along the Bay. Participants will enjoy an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and will get a chance to tour “The Floating Whitehouse”, as the USS Potomac served as Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s Presidential Yacht until his death in 1945.
