The ULI Young Leaders Group (YLG) Singapore is hosting a learning discussion with Elizabeth Fuller, Head of Growth for WeWork Southeast Asia about the flexible workspace business. She will share with ULI members about the underlying considerations behind WeWork’s flagship workspace, taking into account the future of work, market sentiments, differentiating itself from both traditional offices as well as other established co-working offerings. The 60-minute dialogue will also cover the commercially-driven design principles that steered the transformation of the former HSBC Collyer Quay branch. As part of this learning experience, participants will be led on a guided sneak preview of its 21-storey workspace, followed by networking over drinks.
