ULI LA Young Leaders Group invites you to participate in the 6th annual YLG Real Estate Shark Tank, an interactive, one-of-a-kind event that aims to entertain while educating, advising, and empowering aspiring real estate tech entrepreneurs. This year, the presenters will represent emerging technologies from CRE PropTech!

Join us and watch as a panel of expert “Sharks” analyze seed/early-stage real estate tech companies using the same methodologies typical in closed-door product pitches. The Sharks will be representative of various backgrounds—finance, investment, users (CRE investors/developers), and technology —to give the candidate(s) a comprehensive set of constructive feedback. Take a peek behind those doors as the “Sharks” employ their years of experience to critique proposals and give insight for aspiring entrepreneurs.
