Join colleagues on June 14th for a review of the ULI Real Estate Economic Forecast, a report released by ULI’s global Center for Real Estate Economics and Capital Markets that surveys leading real estate economists and analysts around the country. Our featured presenter will be local economist, Peter Linneman, Principal of Linneman Associates.

We look forward to exploring the three-year forecast (’22-’24) for broad economic indicators, real estate capital markets, property investment returns for industrial, apartment, office, and retail property types, vacancy rates and rents, as well as housing starts and prices.
