The Women’s Leadership Initiative aims to promote the advancement and visibility of more women leaders in the real estate industry. We hope to do that through a spectrum of activities centered around 2 key pillars:

Pillar 1 Women Empowerment – supporting the development and advancement of women in their careers towards being real estate industry leaders

Pillar 2 Engaging Agents of Change and Stakeholders – supporting our real estate industry in enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion in our industry

One of our activities under Pillar 1 is a sharing series called Honestly Speaking, where our women leaders spend an hour with our members and candidly talk about their personal journey, the challenges they had faced along the way and how they grew through these moments.
