One Vanderbilt

Join ULI New York as we kick off the new year with a series of members-only behind the scenes tours of the 2021 Awards for Excellence in Development project winners!

We are excited to launch this new series with a tour of One Vanderbilt. The tour will be led by SL Green Realty Corp.’s Robert Schiffer (Managing Director, SL Green Realty Corp.) and James von Klemperer (President and Design Principal, Kohn Pedersen Fox) who will take us through the development that is the tallest office tower in Midtown Manhattan and the second tallest office tower in New York City.
